A New Chapter Rooted in Nature
After years of working and living in the vibrant city of Amsterdam, the time has come for a gentle shift. Field of Hope is moving—towards more space, more nature, and more possibility.
I’m now based in the beautiful artist village of Laren, a place known for its deep creative history and tranquil energy. Here, I’ve found a home with a garden—and in that garden, a light-filled studio where I can create, reflect, and grow. It’s a dream that has quietly taken root over the years, and now it blooms.
This move marks more than just a change in address. It’s a deepening of the Field of Hope philosophy: taking time, working close to nature, and nurturing connections. With this new beginning, I’m also expanding the way I work with you. Starting now, I offer free flower pick-up service—making it easier for you to bring your memories, your love, your stories into the artwork we create together.
And in this calm, green space, I have more time to dedicate to what matters most: artistic development, and the slow, thoughtful creation of works that hold meaning, presence, and soul.

This year marks 10 years of working as a full-time flower artist. A milestone I hold with deep gratitude. Field of Hope was never just a name—it was always a vision. Of art rooted in feeling. Of honoring life through flowers. Of quiet beauty, carried forward by hand.
The Art of Preservation: Breathing New Life into Dried Flowers
At Field of Hope, each creation begins with a story—yours. Whether it’s a wedding bouquet, a memorial arrangement, or a simple gesture of love, I take great care in preserving these moments through the delicate art of flower drying.
The process is meticulous. Flowers are carefully selected, often donated, leftover, or handpicked, ensuring sustainability and uniqueness in every piece. Each bloom undergoes an intense drying process in my studio, a practice refined over years to maintain their natural beauty and color .
Once dried, these florals are thoughtfully arranged in recycled glass or vintage frames, creating timeless pieces that capture the ephemeral nature of life. The use of recycled materials not only adds character but also aligns with a commitment to sustainability, with at least 80% of each creation being recycled .

These artworks are designed to complement any interior, offering a modern twist on traditional dried flower arrangements. They serve as lasting memories, encapsulating emotions and stories in a form that can be cherished for years to come.
Thank you for walking with me, whether you’ve been here from the start or have only just arrived. I look forward to welcoming you in this next chapter—from the heart of Laren, where the garden is open and the light is just right.
With love,
Hariatie
