Good general conditions are important for both the webshop owner and the client. Here you can read our "Terms and Conditions Webshop".

Not only the government creates rules to ensure the safety of your purchase. We, as shopkeepers, also would like you to know our conditions.

By saying yes  to our "Terms and Conditions Webshop",  an agreement between us and you as a customer comes into being.

But before you agree to our Terms and Conditions, we kindly ask you to read them carefully and to take notice of our process.

In this way we can prevent unpleasant situations.

Article 1 - Webshop

1.1. The shop is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and carries its statutory contribution to the tax authorities. On our website you can find the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number as well as our VAT-number (BTW). You can also find our contact there.   

1.2. Our webshop is equipped with an SSL Certificate. This means that we comply with all legal requirements related to the security of your personal and payment details. We strive for continuous improvement of the security of your data. When abuse by hackers, we will report this to the police.

1.3. We will not provide your personal information to third parties. If we provide your personal data to third parties, we will always ask your permission to do so.

1.4. Since 5 juni 2012 webshops are obliged to ask your permission about Cookies. You can read more about it in our Cookie Policy.

1.5. We are required, by any suspicion of abuse or fraud, to report this to the police.

1.6. We strive to provide you at any time of an excellent service. When in doubt about the purchase of a product, please contact us.

1.7. We have a newsletter you can subscribe to. You will be regularly informed of our new products and promotions.

Article 2 - Returning policy

2.1. You have 14 days of respite after purchasing a product. If you are not sattisfied with the purchase within this period, you can return the product to us. If you have already made a payment, the amount paid by you will be refunded to your bank account. You will receive a credit note. The shipping costs for returning the product however are at your expense.

2.2. Products that are returned to us, have to be packaged in the same manner (In the same packaging) as how you received them. Moreover, the product must be stamped in the same manner including additional insurance.

2.3.  There are some products that can not be returned to us. When products are made on a commission base they can not be refunded.

Article 3 - The agreement

3.1. The agreement between the merchant and customer is final when the customer has indicated to have agreed with the terms and conditions and when the customer has paid through our on-line payment methods (such as iDEAL, PayPal or Credit Card) or though an invoice that is sent afterwards to the customer. When the cooling-off period of 14 days has expired and  the merchant has received the payment, the customer is the new owner of the product.

3.2. The agreement is established electronically, by filling out the required fields and by agreeing to the terms and conditions.

3.3. After you proceed to purchase, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase by email. It describes the product that you purchased, how much it costs and where you can go with potential complaints and comments.

3.4. We are required to provide you with the product or item within 30 days. IIf the article can not be delivered within this period, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you by mail. After the expiry of these 30 days we will refund your purchase amount when already paid. When indicated that a replacement item is also an option for you, we will supply you a replacement product or article, utmost to meet your needs. Of course you can specify in advance that you do not want this.

3.5. The supply of products in foreign countries may take longer than in the Netherlands. The costs charged for a shipment to an address abroad, will be visible when you proceed to purchase the product.

Article 4 - Pricing

4.1. The prices listed in the online shop always include 21% VAT. The costs to be paid for sending the product, will be visible when you add the product to your shopping cart.

4.2. The price of the product listed on the website, will and can not change during your purchase. You pay the amount shown at the product and that price will also be confirmed to you when electronically accepting your purchase. In it, the purchase price is mentioned again.

4.3. When buying a product in a period without sale and/or special offer, you will afterwards also not be eligible for any discount.

Article 5 - Complaints and guarantees

5.1. Complaints about the delivery should, in the first instance, be reported to us by email. We will then contact the relevant delivery service concerning  the supply of the product. Naturally our delivery staff do their utmost to deliver the product undamaged at your place. In addition to the careful packaging in which we ship the product, we have taken out additional insurance for your purchase.

5.2. Complaints about the product itself, must be reported to us by e-mail. Please describe your complaint as specific as possible

5.3.  Complaints are usually handled by us within 14 days. The handling of complaints is always done in writing. We want to provide you at all times with excellent service.
